A visualization of the underwater patters that leads to change

Constellations are an effective method to gain insight in the force field that you are in. It is a visualization of the ‘underwater’ patterns and their accompanying dynamics that you are dealing with. Through this visualization we can intervene to restore connection and flow within the system. This can relate to your private and professional life. 

 

During a constellation we view things with a ‘system lens’. Which means we sense the enormous web in which all individuals and happenings within a system (family or organization) are connected and their effect in the past, the now and the future. The visualisation of underwater patterns make it visable what interventions on a deeper level can be taken to heal, connect and elevate the system. 


In my experience the two types of constellations go hand in hand (family or organization) when we want to create more flow in our business. Its self-evident that leaders are individuals that bring their own family system to the organization. Many organization constellations are therefore often followed-up by a leader’s own family constellation. This will allow a personal reflection of one’s individual challenges in their organization.

 

During a constellation all elements of the force field that relate to your problem, question or process will be mapped. We do this by formulating a central problem statement. The question or problem does not always have to be crystal clear to start with a constellation. The most important thing is that there is a certain energy & power behind the topic that resonates.
